A Ghost Story, Yeah, You Heard Me!

Before I post this story, I must say, I am horrible at writing stories, so I am wondering how well I'll do with a ghost story. And I don't really believe in ghosts, and the first part where it explains about ghosts, it ain't all true LoL! Okay, here it is:
Chapter 1: INTRO
Angel was in a library and spotted a book about ghosts; she was curious and read the first paragraph.
“They say that there’s no such thing as ghosts… but there are. They make themselves appear when they want to. There are good ones called Spirits, who only make themselves appear to warn others, or to say goodbye to the ones they love. Most ghosts are spirits who cannot move on and dwell within the area of which they died. They cannot move one because they seek revenge, or because they have regrets or because there were things they needed to do.”
Angel closed the book, “What a load of bull, there’s no such thing as ghosts!”
She closed the book and placed it back on the shelf of which she found it.
Angel checked out her books and left. She walked home listening to her mp3 player.
When Angel got home she saw boxes by the door. She went inside to see what was going on.
“Mom? What’s with all the boxes?” she asked.
“We’re moving,” Her mother answered.
“What?” Angel said. “But I like it here!”
“We’re only moving to a bigger house in the country, dear.” Her mother said.
“Right,” Angel said with a sheepish grin, “I knew that!”
“Come on,” her mother said, “help me pack up and I’ll show you our new house”
So, Angel helped her mother and hopped into the car with excitement.
They rode out to the country and through the nearby woods and stopped at a big house. The house was three stories high and had lovely windows.
They got out of the car and Angel looked around in astonishment.
“It’s so pretty!” Angel said.
“Yeah, I know”
“How did we end up getting a nice house?” Angel asked.
“It was surprisingly cheap, and I’ve always wanted to live in a big house!” her mother replied.
“Yeah, I’m sure Shawn likes it,” Angel said. “Where is he, anyway?”
“Oh he’s out with his friends.” Her mother replied.
“Oh,” Angel said.
“Let’s look inside, shall we?” Her mother said.
“Yeah!” Angel said.
They did not know why the house was so cheap, but the reason, was watching them from the 3rd story window.
