I recently discovered the sensitivity value, which I did not know you could change. I ask this heavily because it seems I've been in the not-know for a while.

/quit will make you exit the game!

You can alter your crosshair quite a bit aswell.

As on my own post in this section these are some of the commands ( Thank you Jawfin )

The offsets on the screen, probably don't need to change these: -
cg_crosshairY
cg_crosshairX

The crosshair size, only needs changing if you pick a style that's hard to see: -¬
cg_crosshairSize

The crosshair style (I think there's about 12 or so) : -
cg_drawcrosshair

To make the crosshair goes red when your health is low: -
cg_crosshairhealth 1

To make the crosshair swing side to side with your turns: -
cg_dynamicCrosshairPrecision 1
cg_dynamicCrosshair 1

And to show the users name the crosshair is on: -
cg_drawCrosshairNames 1

I don't know the opaque setting, the style usually covers this.

You get magical poweres if you type:

/qui gon powers

Also, instead of remembering all the cmds and stuff, if you have UU you can do !openmenu, go to rendering options and there are all those commands.
