chase and i have talked it over and we decided that it is not fair to me being his master because he has a very busy life and is not able to get on when i can for me to train him.

to the point we decided to part ways till things settle down in real life

I approve of this. Meta and I have been working this out over a few weeks and Chase has agreed he doesn't have the time.
