Its be about 5 years after their release until i can afford it :s (not to mention the 3 years until they are actually released). But for something this cool, i think i would have to go and job the shop. :p
But they would be handy. Best bit imo would be syncing up music to suit the mood of the different times of your day. Would be great to have an imaginary person playing music all times based on whats happening.

I was just about to say, they're probably going to be ridiculously expensive. Really neat concept though, I'd definitely like to have a pair if i ever became rich

well they look cool and all but i don't like them for 6 simple reasons.
1. people would wear them everywhere they go.
2. people would run into other people.
3. lets not get started about people driving with them.
4. don't smart phone do the same thing?
5. will cost way too much.
6. can break too easily.

You're missing the point. From here, scientists can improve technology from these glasses to create Virtual Reality glasses, and eventually develop VR video games

today i saw it on NTV news =p the future is coming! all we need is flying cars/busses, travelling between planets,time machine,TARDIS,and new colonies for the human being
