well if someone needs one then sure im up for it but i noticed that im going up these ranks a bit too fast and need to slow down

To put it mildly, you are going up the ranks at the rate they are designed to be climbed. If others prefer a lackadaisical approach, that's fine too - but if a person so desired they could become Council in under a year. The progress does slow up some. Think about it, Knight -> Guardian, 10 weeks minimum given your paddy passes all the tests as soon as physically possible, which is extremely rare. Guardian to Master can be near instant, but Master to Arbiter - not set length, but be assured that takes some time. And finally, Arbiter to Council, well, only you know within yourself if that will happen.
