You've installed a pk3 that has replaced the "effects/env/tractor_beam.efx" file, or perhaps a shader that the fx refers to.

Well...still thought it looked cool.

And grapple/blaster is red/purple instead of orange.
I'm pretty sure it's because I installed JKA on my Apple laptop and used the same info from it on this new Mac desktop. XD
