Good Luck to everyone with teams in the World Cup! Tomorrow the USA vs. England in a match I can't wait to see. While I'll be rooting for the USA, England is my second favorite side so I must wish them both success in this years World Cup!

I am not the biggest footy fan but I do follow these tournaments and the qualifying

Frustrating result mainly because of the nature we conceeded the goal. But fair play US, held their own. Plus we have played so well the last 2 years and the past 6 weeks we have been pretty bad, and if we continue the way we are we will go home early and it will be our own fault.

I think (hope) both sides qualify for the next round.. Although one of us will have to play Germany who always are strong at the world cup, Klose and Podolski seem to score for fun for them.

the score was terrible on our end, but hats off to the US team, who done really well :D.

And chan, i hope we dont have to play germany, all that wil happen is it will go to penalties, and we all know how that ends :S

Yes, I watched Germany play the other day.. very skilled (though I don't think the Aussie deserved a red card).

Germany can be really poor at times.

But when it comes to the business end of the world cup.. they always deliver and they bang in goals easy.

Losing Cahill, probably your best player was always going to be tough.

I did wonder or pip Australia to make the next round before it started, a good result against Ghana and you are back in it. Just hope Germany smash them too also.

Early days

Incidentally if you're all getting wound up by the Vuvuzelas

Uruguay found an effective way to quieten them!
