2-3 admin abuse, couple of flames.

I came out of a duel into forgottens body, and i hugged him, and he proceeded to slap me a couple of times and flamed extreme when he stated that was abuse.

*EDIT* To be more accurate, I was finishing a duel and it glitched me into his body.

I couldnt screenie the 1st slap ,but logs can show that i guess

I was originally intending not to post until he threatened me lol

on server drunkenness is hardly an excuse for such behavior, frankly i think that should NEVER be a possibility

I personally think that it was the usual - the horrible day, and grumpy mood

I'm wondering a few things. Such as in the one pic Kane seems to be saying it wasn't laming but now I guess he's changed his mind? I'm wondering when this took place. I know Kane has spoken to at least one KR member about doing this, and I guess I was wondering if their was ulterior motives on a couple peoples part? Other than that, I can't think of an instance that would warrant speaking to aj that way.

I believe Forgotten is new to JKA, thus he did not know of the possibility of "glitching into someone" thus he might have thought he were cheating thus "That's not allowed!/Punish" reaction.

Just a possibility.

However, there is no excuse for cussing/swearing no matter what situation.

He probably does know how to ghost or teleport to somebody else, but I think this is more of council's and fg's issue

Ok 5 things -

3. Maybe i wasn't thinking straight and didnt think about ghosting because of my ear infection which fyi is driving me insane

Alright. Let me just put this out here now, seeing how most of the people posting on this forum are current or were KR members in the past. You guys signed the rules, you guys know the rules, STOP FLAMING!!! Even if you're putting lil *'s in, doesn't make it any better.

Now, that being said, Kane may have a checkered past, but that doesn't make his claim any less incredulous given the screenies that he provided. Also, Kane has been behaving and been a really great regular (who I would also call my friend) so just because of his checkered does not make this claim "bull****." Thank you, now please show respect, and wait for the Council to make a decision on this matter if one still needs made in the future.

A few points here
Well, Forgotten is no longer an admin, so that solves the abuse issue.
It was abuse, slap is only for lamers. In this situation the viable solutions are to either grapple (and yes grapple will work), or ghost yourself, or tele yourself.
it doesn't matter who the verbal abuse is hurled at, it is still abuse.
Kane didn't use the chat hax until after this episode, although I may add even if it were before it still wouldn't make a difference.
Also, swearing (or attempting to) on your own abuse case is hardly a winning argument and will not be tolerated.
