Ok, I fixed a few things on this skin.
All the sound files were missing, so I introduced them from the pack from where this skin was ripped, and correctly renamed the folder. The name of the default config files was wrong, so I renamed that and its supporting icon.
Note that this skin does not support team colors either, I think that's a requirement. Also, no NPC or Bot support, but that's not really a loss. It a basic skin, no shaders, therefore, no flashy eyes!!

Note also that people will have to delete the original nick.pk3, as you used the exact same icon for both models which will now cause confusion.
But as I'm not one to offer help when it isn't needed (apparently) I removed that link in my previous post. If it ever gets completed and bug-free to my satisfaction I will host it in the Downloads section, and on the Master KR Skins list.

Don't need a model viewer to find the flaws I did, just notepad (pretty sure you have that) - but as I said, I won't put my nose in where its not wanted.

not everybody has notepa....oh...umm... *facepalm*
but 4srsly niam, i'd go for Jawfin's help. he can do some really awesome stuff with things like this. really kick-ass shader and debug work, but you have to get him plenty of pie and cookies

Get screenshots from ingame. Imagine TV Commercials without video and only audio: thats what this is.

Jaw! all i wanted was the foot fixed and i did! i did not want the custom sounds!
