hmm... what an optimistic point of u u fellas have. ok so my question now is did the meteor cause the Ice Age?? cuz i can see a meteor strikin the earth, but as sad...... wait did i just type sad?? but as accurate as this may be one meteor wont kill ALL dinos, so can we assume that the meteor raised dirt particles & created a long winter?? or how did it happen??

The Earth goes through an Ice Age approximately every ten thousand years, give or take a millennia. Ice ages aren't caused solely by meteors, though the one that hit sixty-five million years ago did cause a massive ice age, blocking out the sun for nearly ten thousand years (or so some paleontologists believe).

Still, the planet goes through ice ages regularly with or without the aid of a meteoric black out... in fact, we're overdue one. :D

The meteor was the size of the isle of wight so big - hitting the earth with the power of more than 25 hiroshima a bombs - it caused earth quakes volcanic activity and sent a cloud of particles up into the sky that blocked out the sun - so technically the chain effect killed them not the meteor

yea, dont u just hate the destructive human being thats only purpose is to make sure we make the earth destroy itself?? its even stranger that we, humans in general, all get pissed when the earth, MOTHER NATURE, responds us in a likely manner
