JKA Modelling resources?

I am looking for all kind of information that may help me in making of JKA Weapons. Lately I've been a bit inspired, however still need some more learnings about UVW Mapping.

Example:
Image

Since I suck at UVW thus far, and having trouble getting the textures displaying correctly... (Only made 1 texture, which is the "handle" (not the knob or the "part" above the handle (not the blade) whatever its called.)

THE POINT IS:

I demand links to tutorials! *shake fist*

I've seen your other posts, and I think it'll come out good (I think it is a blade)

I am not a ROBOT. I do not have the memory capacity to keep all information which I have "scanned". Bring all your "posts" or "discussions" here.

EDIT: Oh, and the blade is a "standard" sword. (And with very low poly count. I am working on this little "project" which will bring ALOT of new weapons into JKA. However; it is kept secret to avoid leaks! MY SECRET!! *rubs hands together*)

EDIT2: Making the blade is ridiculously easy! It's the texturing part I take my time on. (Smooth surfaces, good textures making the "low poly" giving an illusion of an authentic blade with high poly..mmyes. *crazy man speech*)

EDIT3: All I need is the information to get my model into JKA!!!

I use 3ds max design 2009, and cannot find any export/import for the files I need!

the trouble with that tutorial is that its out of date, most of those plugins and methods are either not available for 2009 version or are simplified, the way i do it is simple enough and all the stuff needed is right there :\

almost done with it but b4 i could finalize it i had to save all my screenshots as jpgs -.-

im at school atm so i cant finish it just yet, may be able to finish it tonight my time {-8 GM :P}
