I noticed in the FPS/Ping Guide Topic there was a question about setting JA to a custom resolution. When I reinstalled JA a few weeks ago I researched this topic because I couldn't bear to look at the game in 1024x768 on my 1440x900 widescreen monitor.

I found a good guide for this here.

Also, remember to edit the proper config file. For most of us that's the jampconfig.cfg file in the gamedata/japlus folder or gamedata/base if you're not using JA+. (The guide only mentions editing the config file for JK2).

Please repost this in the FPS guide, and ask Zab to rename FPS/Ping guide to something like "Performance guide". Waste of clicks having 2 different topics almost about the exact same thing ><

You really think so? I was going to do that, but then I thought it didn't really fit with the rest of the topic, and also that it would get kind of "lost in replys". I left a reply there with a link to this topic though, in case someone reading the FPS Guide topic was interested. Idk... in my opinion it seems more like an independent topic then part of a "Performance Guide". Here it stands out as something people will see and think "you can do that?". Anyone else have an opinion in the matter?

I don't run it fullscreen though, I was hoping to create different presets how big my window is when doing different tasks on the computer (bigger for clannights, small for running in the background, and a nice window size between 800x600 and 1024x768)
