Apologies for the site going down

Hey guys,

I don't know if anyone noticed but the site went down for about 10 minutes today. I'll be the first to say it wasn't my fault for once 8)

I also want to take the time to say what a good webhost EvoHosting are. For those that don't know they are our current webhost and i've personally been with the company since the beginning of 2007.

If your ever looking for a webhost, don't go any further. Below shows just how effecient they are:

When you consider that Tim is the company director- instead of sitting back and letting his staff members deal with tickets, he actually interacts with customers. Considering how big the company is now, this level of customer service is hard to come by and I thought i'd share it with you guys.

That was very cool he did it himself.
I wouldn't have noticed that the server was down though, im not the forum ninja i was before :O

Yeah also when you consider the reply times, and this was a ticketing system - not MSN. He replied in under 5 minutes to both messages.

The company never fails to impress me, which is good considering some of the experiences i've heard other people have with hosting companies. I've gonna shut up now though before I jynx it 8-)
