Looking for a lighting mod?

Hey i was wondering if anyone can make a lightning mod kinda like when you log into admin, but apply it to teleporting and such. I think that would look sweet. If you could also get rid of the ugly /amprotect green bubble and put lightning that be cool to.
Dunno if its possible to alter that but figured id ask.
