Here is a list of websites that can help you become a better Photoshop designer if you're interested in making your own artwork. It really is not as hard as you may think it is.

http://www.pslover.com
This website has a lot of noob-friendly tutorials for photoshop beginners. This is a great place to start experimenting with the program. If you see an effect you like, click on the picture and follow along.

http://www.dafont.com
Perhaps the most trusted website in the font arena for free and royalty free fonts (or just fonts in general). You will always find a font you can use at dafont.com

http://www.colourlovers.com
VERY helpful website. Professionals and designers put color schemes and themes together for you that are visually appealing. This takes a lot of guess work out finding the right colors and gets you back into designing your artwork.

http://www.cgtextures.com
Huge database of free and royalty free Hi-Res textures that can be used for anything and everything you want or can imagine. Go, play, frolic.

http://www.deviantart.com This site has many free bushes and brush sets that you can use to quickly build backgrounds and also add impressive looking effects to pictures at the click of a mouse.

http://www.good-walls.com
Some good Illustrator tutorials on this site if your interesting in learning Illustrator.

If you know of any helpful websites please post them here and I will add to the list. (if they are good and not repetitive)
