lol. make sure ur picture is under 150x150, upload it thru www.imageshack.us then get the direct link and add it to ur profile in the "link to offsite avatar" spot

We will go through this step by step.
The picture you first want to use as you avatar needs to be hosted online first before you can use it.
inotherwords it needs to be like:
http://www.example.com/example_pic.jpg
Do you have a picture that is already online?
Or is your picture saved locally on your computer?

yes i have my picture in my comp but i try with the website of grimmy but that doesnt work XD

Yes Imageshack has gone stupid.
What you will have to do to use the link, after you submitted it to imageshack to host, is to look below where it says "Show Image to friends".
You will see this:
+Show Advanced Linking
Click the text and it will drop down the direct link and say:
DO NOT Use Link Below when posting. Use FORUM Links above for posts
Don't listen to that BS.
Copy that link to the forums here.

You dont have to upload avvys to imageshack, I never do, just browse for it on your computer...

if you have it on your computer, you have to get a direct to image link for it from imageshack.us
form there, go to your profile set up on kr and put the direct link into the off-site avatar entry box at the bottom of the page
