I'm not quite sure the point of this topic?

I've been to Diggerland with my school maybe 8-9 months ago. It's actually pretty good, you have the opportunity to drive proper industrial size diggers and JCB orientated machines, which isn't exactly something you do at any other themepark- I mean everyones been on a rollercoaster but how many people can say they've been spun around in the bucket of a JCB? (That ride made me feel very very sick).

They also have a dry ski slope there so if you want to have a go at skiing you can do. There are also people there to explain how the machines are used in industry, which also makes it educational as well as fun. The park is aimed at teenagers, considering alot of the larger machines require you to be above a certain height anyway.

I think its one of those places you have to have visited to appreciate. At least its unique whereas the majority of themeparks consist of rollercoaster after rollercoaster, and lets face it the majority of them are the same- yeah the track might be different one might be faster then the other, but at the end of the day, its a train that follows a track.

Maybe us Europeans might be "failing" but at the end of the day, at least its being unique as apposed to following the crowd

Yeah Ive been 2 or 3 times and I am upset you can think that we are 'failing'.

Ive been on the dry slope ski slope there, in fact when I went they were using articficial snow, cant remember whether they use it all year round, that experience was amazing, I loved it.

The rest of the park as Pho said is unique to other theme parks. They experience of being allowed to control JCB's is really cool, there are smaller little ones to race around which is also good fun, not to mention the landrover ride which can make you feel slightly ill as well as the one Pho mentioned, God I felt so sick after that I almost actually threw up.

Pho also said about theme parks always being the same and I pretty much agree with him, yeah ok so some parks have a better ride than another and so you might choose it over another but if you go to one theme park and note down what there is, I bet you can go to almost any other regular theme park and tick off just about everything on your list (And I dont mean the exact same roller coasters for example, I mean listing as generalising it as roller coasters)

So yeah

Diggerland is cool (Y)

Big roller coasters are boring

Yeah well its about erm, an hour or so drive from us? Roughly.

And yes, you can drive JCBs. You can also drive dumper trucks and these strange things, I don't know what they are called. Either way if you throw both trottles forward to full, you actually wheelie xD Pictures of what i'm talking about are here:

Yeah, I guess maybe it is a little bit childish, but at the end of the day, who doesn't like to be childish every now and again..
