Knights Reborn

Right, wasn't totally sure where to put this, but it's interesting. I swear.

So I never post. Sue me. Kashi said he would kill me...well, he didn't, but I'm sure he thought it.

So! This is what I've been doing lately. Kakashi asked me to do character designs for his story (that's over in Writer's Corner kiddies) and this is going to be where I post sketches and, hopefully, color versions.

This is my first one, because, frankly, it was an easy color job. Kakashi, in chibi form.



Okay, so artistic comments. Those Sharingan kill me. Easier to do on the computer though, the sketches never work out right. I talked to him about this one today and he said it was okay, so I hope the colored on is still acceptable. And yes, those are his bones. If you haven't read the story, go do it. NOW. All sixty something pages.

Kakashi in color

Looks cool, Im not sure about the eyes, is it intentional that the lines were suposed to be showing through his hair or not?

Yay!! Colored!!



So with Hime I did the eyes purple because I felt that it gave it a much more intense look, something one would expect from a Hokage. I really enjoyed doing that fox too.

For Fluffy, I may need to change the hair/eye color so just mention it, since I've got those layer locked off so I can shift the hues around. Also, I hate pink. Not as a color (though I do tend to avoid it when possible) but because it is awful to shade. First you have to darken it a little with the midtones until it looks okay, then you have to wip out the highlights and play around with that, but you can't do it to much, otherwise it looks purple. Dumb color.

Phoenix...well...I like how he came out. I had a picture of him (Thanks for that Kashi, it was REALLY funny) so I'm pretty sure we're okay there.

Now I'll color the others and buy a new sketch book so I can do more.
