First go to www.imageshack.us
Once there, there is a button that says "Browse" click on that and locate the desired picture to host JPG is the best file type to host there.
Once you have selected the picture there should be a white button that says "Host it!" click on that it will bring you to a page with many links on it.
At the bottom is a link and beside the link it says "Direct link to picture" copy that link then go to the KR site and make a post in the post under the box that says "Subject" it has many command buttons click on the button that says "Img" when you do that in the post it should say [img]paste%20the%20link%20you%20copied%20here%20and%20click%20the%20"Img"%20button%20again%20creating%20something%20like%20this[/img] when you submit the post the picture should appear in it.
Now for sigs its the same basic princeble but go to profile and in the signature box you must manually type [img](paste%20the%20link%20here)%20and%20then%20type[/img] and it should work on your next post.
