I did a terrible mistake today. I accidently deleted my forum.

I still got the MySQL database intact. Is it possible for me to just make a new forum and use the same database? ><

Yes, just set up a new forum like you would normally. Follow the normal phpBB installation process. Then go into phpMyAdmin and dump your .sql file. If you are using phpmyadmin, be careful with large file sizes. If your forum database file is more then 10mb in size, I would recommend splitting it up.
