I have some weird 9/11 facts :

this is actually pretty good......enjoy!

Now listen to me! Read through all of this, and don't stop till you hit the bottom, or you'll regret it!

UNITED WE STAND
1) New York City has 11 letters

2) Afghanistan has 11 letters.

3) Rasmin Yuseb (The terrorist who threatened to destroy the Twin Towers in 1993) has 11 letters.

4) George W Bush has 11 letters.

5) The two twin towers make an "11"

This could be a mere coincidence, but this gets more interesting:

2) The first plane crashing against the Twin Towers was flight number
11.

3) Flight 11 was carrying 92 passengers. 9 + 2 = 11

4) Flight 77 which also hit Twin Towers, was carrying 65 passengers.
6+5 = 11

5) The tragedy was on September 11, or 9/11 as it is now known. 9 + 1+ 1 = 11

6) The date is equal to the US emergency services telephone number 911.
9 + 1 + 1 = 11.

Sheer coincidence..?! Read on and make up your own mind:
1) The total number of victims inside all the hi-jacked planes was 254. >2 + 5 + 4 = 11.

2) September 11 is day number 254 of the calendar year.
Again 2 + 5 + 4 = 11.

3) The Madrid bombing took place on 3/11/2004. 3 + 1 + 1 + 2 + 4 = 11.

4) The tragedy of Madrid happened 911 days after the Twin Towers
incident.

Sheer coincidence..?! Read on and make up your own mind:
Now this is where things get totally eerie:

The most recognized symbol for the US, after the Stars & Stripes, is the Eagle. The following verse is taken from the Quran, the Islamic
holy book:

"For it is written that a son of Arabia would awaken a fearsome Eagle. The wrath of the Eagle would be felt throughout the lands of Allah and lo, while some of the people trembled in despair still more rejoiced: for the wrath of the Eagle cleansed the lands of Allah and there was peace."

That verse is number 9.11 of the Quran.

Still uncovinced about all of this..?! Try this and see how you feel afterwards, it made my hair stand on end:

Open Microsoft Word and do the following, TRY THIS FOR REAL I'M I DID IT AND IT SCARED THE LIVING CRAP OUT OF MEE!!!!!!!

1. Type in capitals Q33 NY. This is the flight number of the first
plane to hit one of the Twin Towers.

2. Highlight the Q33 NY.

3. Change the font size to 48.

4. Change the actual font to the WINGDINGS

This so reminds me of that film- Number 23. Watch it and you'll see what I mean.
IMDB wrote: On his birthday, Walter Sparrow, an amiable dog-catcher, takes a call that leaves him dog bit and late to pick up his wife. She's browsed in a bookstore, finding a blood-red-covered novel, a murder mystery with numerology that loops constantly around the number 23. The story captivates Walter: he dreams it, he notices aspects of his life that can be rendered by "23," he searches for the author, he stays in the hotel (in room 23) where events in the novel took place, and he begins to believe it was no novel. His wife and son try to help him, sometimes in sympathy, sometimes to protect him. Slowly, with danger to himself and to his family, he closes in on the truth.

None of those facts were actually somewhat interesting to me. You can take any numbers and somehow do something to create the outcome you want.

The Microsoft Word part is a perfect example. They're really specific there, aren't they?

I have a fact

(Well not realy)

On 9/11 thousands of people lost their lives, having fun and screwing with words and dates to make jokes is terrible.

When I posted this I didn't intend on it being a funny joke, not at all. I actually had friends and family die in 9/11. Kinda late response but I forgot to monitor my post =S

Im not stting and watching that for an hour and a hlaf, however I did watch the first 10 minutes of it, and Im guessing its just another thing where facts have been put together to make the whole thing look like it was planned precisely etc etc etc.

Interesting but kinda sad to sit down and think of all that, at the end of the day, it happened and thats that...

I just think it was a day, to be honest. People died. More people die each day from random reasons, and yet no one recognizes them.

I agree that it was a SAD day, but that was then. It's six years later and time to move on. These 'conspiracies' are old, too...

orange...thats pretty insensitive of you

millions of lives were ruined upon that day, its like say "whatever, who cares" to the holocost or something...

anyways

i watched 20 minutes of it, it was very interesting, but everyone can blame it on someone, i thinkits kinda wierd to think i nation would plan to kill thousands of ppl of there own nation to start a war(then again...it was bush[jkjk])

it was a horrible day, no matter who was responsable for it, it doesnt make it better

good video tho, ive seen 100s like it tho

My thoughts exactly, every time anyone mentions a tragedy like 9/11 or whatever, I cant help but think that same way, I don't mean to be cold hearted but compared to the amount of people that die on any other day, it's hardly a blip on the map

I think I'll go and quote a certain freedom in the First Amendment. I always forget the name. Hmm. Freedom of Speech? Yes! Isn't that the one that lets you voice your opinion? Methinks it is...

Anyways; I'm sorry if I want to get out of the past. My mistake, and I promise that my 'insensitivity' won't be posted on these forums again.

That's COMPLETELY different. It's a shame that you had to even use than in a 'friendly discussion'.
