Hey mate, you weren't banned for anything you did but your new provider is essentially a datacenter. I can appreciate that this a proxy without being a proxy after reading up their About page - so I removed the categorisation of this ISP as a VPN (although it is) and removed the locks. You should be able to connect now.

Let me know if it triggers again as the firewall may well do (although I will be keeping an eye on it).

I just want to confirm you are connecting with the same IP that you wrote these posts from.
I have it with the first number as 38.
You can check what your WAP IP is at https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and seeing what it says.
If its still saying your banned please PM me your IP as a double check.
