I would like to become a Student. It's time to restart this journey (again).

This isn't call of duty, you can't just prestige when you hit max level... jk. I don't see a problem with this, we'll talk about it in council. We've done something slightly similar for Atsila under different circumstances/reasons (ty Saki for finding that link).

EDIT: with some clarification, anyone is allowed to demote themselves if they wish. So I'll take care of the changes and reply here once complete

Isn't there any ranks lower than Student we can stuff him in?
