i was playing like always yesterday and went to sleep, today i tried to connect and noticed i got banned. why tho?

the last nick i was using is Darth Kolja.

am i going to be unbanned? i just don't get it, since i've always followed the rules for those 4 years i've been playing nonstop on KR server...

I'm sure he was caught in ban range. I've never seen him laming, or doing stupid things on your server, You guys know me I can say he never.

I'm just going to put this out there, to in fact both of you, that you cannot think of a possible reason of this ban?

I feel this is rather important as your attitude towards us here is principle to ours towards you.

what could i possibly have done in 1 night that i haven't done in 4 years playing on KR server? i was never banned before, nor been called out for breaking rules. quite the contrary, i enforced your rules when people lamed and even warned admins about laming activity they weren't aware of.

I'll give you another chance to work this out. Try talking to the members of your own clan on your Discord chat before you come back to us. I assure you one of them definitely knows what you did and was also warned what was coming next - he obviously didn't bother to share that with you.

If some SRA did something bad pls tell me, he will be punished as hard as I can m8. I can say about Raiden, i've never seen him doing something bad. Pls check it guys.

i just want to solve this quickly, so cut the mystery and just tell me what happened. i just went to sleep and everyone is just as confused as i am. i didn't get warned of anything and neither have been given a motive for this. moph has trouble understanding the way we speak english, since he's not a native english speaker.

i really respect your clan and every member i met, so let's talk like men and get this over with. if it was something i did, i'll pay for it, if it was something a clan mate did, i will also pay for it, for it was probably my fault as the leader for not instructing them better.

if anyone wanna solve this in private, i can be reached over discord H3X#5268 or here. i got nothing to hide, so i'm ok to solve it publicly. the target of the matter is just solving the issue, so thank you in advance!

Pls Jawfin, maybe a fake SRA did something bad. Pls you and other KR members check why Raiden. I'm sure he was caught in banrange. Why I can still play your server? Pls m8 check with other KR members the reason. Raiden is not the kind of player who messes with server. Pls.

Here is a genuine first, to show no hard feelings, is I am going to post here my post from the Arbiters section on your ban. This is to show 2 things, that I respect you enough to give you insight into our inner chambers, and that the really last thing I want to do is whale on a new clan.

2 more things I'll note from your webpage: -

1. Our greater cause is to rebel against common standards, as we believe everyone should have a chance to be their best self in their own unique way without fear of public opinions.
   
   That hardly engenders trust, but I put it down to role-playing. If you do carry malicious intent it won't be felt on KR for long...
2. Sponsors - These members have financially contributed to the Clan!
   
   So you do appreciate running a server and a clan costs money. When you recruit you are stealing directly, real money, from other clan who hosted the server with the goal of gathering their own recruits - that is a theft.

Note the guy you recruited didn't bother to inform you, so good luck with him. (He also lied to us about where he was recruited *sigh* and this was after my chat to him on server!)

Please forgive any offensive names used and applied, this really is a direct copy - so how I talk to the other leaders is more familiar, and base, than how I would address you personally.

As noted, the motd clearly states no recruiting. And a former KR member, and a former KR invite [m0rph] know this (they signed the rules) - which is why I went so hard from the start. You all should have known better. HalBranD should have stopped you outright, and m0rph should have warned you not to start in the first place!

You, as leader, set the precedent for your clan. What you do on other servers is the public face of your whole clan - you set the standard and represent your tags - so an action against a leader will be felt by its clan.

So where are we now?

So basically, with so many words, you are saying you banned a guy who asked someone refused by your clan, if he wanted to join another clan? Just for this, with not advice you ban someone? I mean. Let say I have a server, I put a rule like "no blue chars here".. someone uses it. If I were you I would ban him for that. This is madness m8. You are supposed, as admin, to talk to people... not to ban them without advice! This is not a good way to act I'm sry. You don't need to ban me anyway, I will just not put me in the server if KRs act this way. Dude your not police in real life, it's a game!

oh, so that's what's about. i will just correct 2 things.
my clan doesn't ask for money, hen just bought me pizza out of her own will and since it helped me stay awake overnight with some energy boost i got clan work done, so i consider it some kind of sponsorship anything that helps the clan and though most of the clan's inner parts are private and you only saw the outside, i don't blame you for thinking otherwise, but one thing you got right, for most stuff in there is roleplay and the sponsorship is a running gag in the council.

about hal. i only knew hal as yelawolf, so no way i would ever dream of him being an ex KR, i only knew he was trying to join JoF. i always avoided talking about our clan since its premise is to be an rp secret rebel alliance and i was just told he wanted to join us and got asked to talk to him. i asked him if he wanted to join us because i was surprised to know someone that skilled wanted to join such an invisible clan.
that was all about that recruiting subject.

it saddens me the way you refer to me and my clan, since all my friends only had positive feedbacks about KR coming from me. truly saddening, but i'm glad you showed me this.

if possible, i just ask not to blame anyone from my clan for this, since it was only MY mistake. they are good people and just want to have fun with friends in your server and for this i beg you to leave them out of this, they may bear the SRA tags, but only i should receive this punishment, since it was truly my fault.

I'm so sry to write this but lamers and cheaters get advices before ban. A guy who recruit someone else no. Just ban. Btw it was me asking Raiden to invite Hal, so I should be the one to ban, not him.

@M0ph: Let your leader speak - you are doing no favors for yourself. Please read again why recruiting is so bad.

@Kolja: Thanks mate. I appreciate that. This in total was a call for responsibility and I respect you have done that.
All I was looking for was a reason to lift the ban. As noted it came across as harsh, I admit that myself, but it was due to your members who should have known better to help you through it. All I see them is undercutting you.

Your ban and the clan tag ban is lifted.

I don't want this leaving any bad blood between us, so I also ask for forgiveness in my role of having to wield the hammer. I felt I did it correctly and justifiably, but, to draw a long and rather bad analogy - it's like when a parent disciplines a child and also says "this is going to hurt me more that you" (suuuuure). We welcome you back on our server whenever you feel like visiting.

Please keep in touch too, let us know how things in SRA are growing, we really want other clans being kept strong and keeping the JKA diversity alive

I respect all btw. 2) "let your leader speak"???? If you want to act like a bully using that kind of sentences, you free to do it of course, but you will not impress me. You KRs can ban me whenever you want since it's your forum and your server but you Jawfin should learn respect, you lack of it even if you write much and seem kind. I prefer a lamer to someone who acts like you, at least he attacks me directly.

i understand that and i'm glad and appreciate the fact you were direct and transparent with me,
i'm also transparent and i don't want you to have a bad impression of my clan based on my mistake. they are really good people as i said earlier, if they do anything wrong i must come forth and take responsibility for it, since from my perspective i failed to deliver our message and to show our members the way we think and how we act.

i'm sorry for any inconvenience and sure i'm always around. no bad blood at all.

I will address m0pH's one concern - although this thread is not about him and has been hijacked a bit!

I was angry at Zatoichi / HalBranD for your sake, for the sake of [SRA], a new upcoming clan - something which is very exciting.

Because I see Kolja's reasoning - Zatoichi was denied JoH (twice) and thus was looking for a home, so it was not a campaign by Kolja to recruit, nor evidently is it SRA's policy - he was just taking the opportunity to pick up a free-bee; and admittedly one who is not on our radar (although you didn't know that).

So back to my point, I was very mad at Zatoichi because it was he that got your clan banned on KR. Had Kolja recruited someone else it would not have been so harsh. It's like when an ex-cop commits a crime; the punishment should be worse because they know better.

I was angry at Zatoichi because he forced my hand to ban your clan tags.

Here is a short English lesson too. Stupid does not mean lack of intelligence, it means lack of wisdom. Wisdom is the application of knowledge. So Zatoichi had the knowledge recruiting on KR was bannable - he was stupid to not apply that knowledge. You call it bullying, I call it reality.

The issue of the admin complaint has been resolved. Thank you for your care in this process. Locking!
