Date of ban(s): Many dates (2007-2020), but the main ones were 2014 and 2020.

Reason for ban: There was a long list of reasons, but the key one was definitely the things me, Geptun and Bossk did while actively running {{R}}, such as harassment, enticing a KR member to leak clan information to us and recruiting on the server, which I will take main responsibility for as I was calling the shots at the time.
Aside from this I personally engaged in trolling and rulebreaking while also evading bans before and after this, mostly laming and offensive language.

Other comments: I don't really play much anymore but I have come to regret a lot of things I used to do for kicks, and have already been trying to make amends with other clans.
Given the nature of my offences I would not be surprised if the ban is kept in place followed by a website ban but I would still like to say I am sorry for what I did to your clan and many others.
Regarding {{R}} and WOPR, to my knowledge these clans are for all intents and purposes essentially dead since 2015, with tags only really used for the hell of it, so any threat will be individual trolls left over.

Several things here.
Off-topic: Gephun's ban won't ever be lifted - the kid is a recidivist.

I don't know what bans we have on you as you posted via a proxy so I'm not sure what ranges are blocking you - I suspect its some in the UK but don't know past that. Probably any ranges are tagged with different names than you provided here as nothing sinister was attached to those names.

There's also the factor of the numpkin you fooled (just showing KR aren't prejudiced allowing a person of such crippling IQ to join) - and the thought is if we don't lift the ban on him due to distrust, how could we on the people who used him, those knowing better?

If you can PM me what IPs you know are blocked (obviously not VPN / Proxy) I can locate the report attached to the ban.

Meanwhile I'll see where we stand on the leak issue - whether some in KR are still feeling the pain of that, as that is a factor in the decision.

OK, I PMed you what I believe to be the IP ranges I think I was banned in. Outside of the names I listed the names I used were probably something temporary and possibly offensive when trolling.

In terms of Geptun or anyone else, this unban request is for nobody but myself, just to make that clear.

As for my IP seeming like a proxy, this is presently due to me being out of the country for the past 2 weeks, with bad Wi-Fi and some data; I should be back in the UK by tomorrow morning or the day after if there are no issues.

These are the threads pertaining to the key reasons for my banning:

I am hoping this gives enough clarity so I am not considered to be downplaying any of my actions or hiding anything at this point.

Ok, so here's the low-down - just how it has to be.
Because Raison is banned from the server & forums we can't enforce any less than that for those more responsible. Please appreciate this is no reflection on your honesty and willingness - just something that has to be.

Having said though, the IP ranges you sent me aren't on the ban list, neither is the IP you made that previous post from. So whilst I can't actively officially lift the ban, as far as I can tell you aren't actually banned! When you know what specific IP is being blocked I'll know better what the situation is - I merely ask in case there's a bug in the firewall which needs addressing.

Understood, this was not unexpected, though I am curious as to how Bossk got unbanned afterwards, as he was definitely just as involved as me.

Does this also mean the server system will continue to ban any of my names or connections in future as part of the enforced ban?

My attitude toward bans is to ban the behaviour - so if you or Bossk, or even Gephun, snuck on server with a clever name & connection etc., but were well behaved - even if I noticed it was you, I'd let it slide. You may even get a wink - but be aware I care deeply about how other players are affected by the less welcome people - so when the behaviour slides that direction I toddle off and reinforce the ban with prejudice. To answer your question neither your name or Bossk's is on the ban list.

The classic example is with Binny; he'd think he had snuck on - I'd allow it as he'd be doing stuff like teaching newbies, which is great, but sooner or later he'd revert and I'd go drop in a couple more rules to make it harder for him next time!

OK, I'm taking this as a "you're banned but how much depends on how you continue to act", so I guess an understanding has been reached on how I should be acting on the website and server, especially given my prior behaviour.

I guess this means provided I'm not doing what I used to, we should be alright.

This thread has served its purpose as far as I can tell.
