So, just logged, got banned. Don't know why. Barely even log in nowadays, got stuff to do. Uncalled for. I'm hurt.

Anyhoo, ban lifted.

I checked, and it you put on the tags "Lava World". The genuine members of the Lava World clan (I don't know if you're one) put on a concerted effort to disturb KR, which consititudes as a raid. Therefore, when the leader of a clan (real or imagined) sets the policy of raiding the server we no longer welcome any members of that clan.

Short story, don't use the Lava World designation on KR.

Anyways, I'm apparently too dumb to change my name cause I did just that but it had no effect and I got banned again. Maybe this is a signal from a higher power in the universe - it's insisting that I should finish my thesis instead of taking a 3-hour break in JKA.

So, can anyone instruct me how to properly change my name so that this doesn't happen again? Is this a ja+ thing? Maybe some .cfg, I don't remember. Don't mind if it takes a while for the unban this time, it's my fault anyway.

Check your jampconfig.cfg in both the \base folder & \japlus folder. If you're not loading the ja+ mod before you connect to the server it'll take the base name, then the ja+ one! So just check in both - for the "seta name ...LavaWorld..." setting.
