I can answer your questions, but the decision to lift is on the admin who banned you.
The reasons stated are for laming and leaving the server when being told the rules, instead of staying and agreeing.
The argument would be made that if you could not be trusted then, then when could you be?
As stated though, I'll allow the admin you banned you to render their decision, no doubt dependent on what you put here.
