Saw this uploaded on Youtube and my first thought was "Wow that was random". Still, I think setting it in an unexplored time period of Star Wars is a good idea and I honestly wouldn't want an Old Republic movie. I personally would like them to explore the beginnings of the Jedi and Sith, but who knows.

Still waiting for confirmation that Ewan McGregor is tied to this Obi-Wan movie supposedly in development, though. I'm getting spooked about that honestly.

It was inevitable, I suppose, that Disney wouldn't stop with the new trilogy. And I guess, if done right, I'd like to see it. Kathleen Kennedy was apparently very happy with Rian Johnson's work in the Last Jedi, and thus he will spearhead the new trilogy. My only and obvious concern is an over saturation of star wars movies. I don't want it to be stretched out into mundane stories that are all the same for the sake of money. However I am as excited as always.

Imo there has already been a sharp decline in quality.

Yeah, I liked the force awakens, seemed like a nice start to new characters, a bit too much like A New Hope, but didn't mind that. I was bored to death with Rogue one, don't really care about those in between as long as they deliver with the main Saga. We'll see
