I keep getting banned every time I connect to the server. I'm not running through a proxy and have an Australian IP (121.208.*.*).

Yea, since you moved from TPG to Telstra you've landed right in the middle of an IP range used by a rather disappointing human; thus the server is picking up your IP too. I'll address the rules to make the firewall distinguish the difference.
