Hey people! Hope you've been well. So I was banned just over a month ago, and on my last unban request was told by Jawfin to wait for a month before posting again. So here I am - I hope that you guys are ready to unban me now. The apologies I have already posted in my two earlier posts still stand. I will abide by the rules. Cheers

As you know considering the history of your actions I took your request to the clan.

To sum up, here's the consensus. It would appear there are far too many admins who remember you quite well, and would prefer to not have to deal with you.
It was considered what actual wounds heal in a month, perhaps papercuts? (As I recall I said a month or 2 if lucky - it seems you drew way too much attention to yourself for that to apply.)
It was also observed that you feel it's our obligation to adjust our way of dealing with you, in that: "you guys are ready" - of course, that may just simply be semantics and not intending any interpretation.

It may seem overbearing - but if you connect and there's a collective groan, well the meaning of a game played to relax is lost. As Jubal Early said in Firefly "So is it still a room when it's empty? Does the room, the thing, have purpose?"

Thanks for your response and for taking things up with the other admins! There is really very little I disagree with where your post is concerned. I will just say two things:

1) Re your emphasis on my words "you guys are ready", no negative connotations were intended. Indeed, to shift any blame to you guys after I have apologised unreservedly not one time - but 4 separate times - would be completely incongruent with every unban request I have posted. Your suspicions that you might be reading too deep are dead on.

2) In regards your instructions to wait "a month or two, if lucky", I saw no harm in requesting for an unban at the earliest date you stipulated. I did not in any way assert that you had somehow warranted to me that my request would be successful if I waited a set amount of time. I am not that naive.

Finally, I just want you all to know that if you can't forgive my laming and flaming thats completely fine. You can't blame a guy for requesting to be unbanned. At the end of the day, this is just a game an I am but a few moving pixels (albeit disappointment inducing pixels) on your screen. I had hoped that you and your other admins could learn to forgive in an online game, when such initiative has been taken to post 4 times to request an unban. In any case, a re-ban could be enforced in a few seconds, which makes it all the more absurd - to my mind, at least - that forgiveness is so hard to come by in KR even when so sincerely asked for.

I hope you guys know I genuinely have no ill feelings towards you guys - even those who opposed unbanning me. I wish you all well. JKA traffic is seemingly on the decline and I'm glad I managed to enjoy some time on the game I adored in its sunset. I wish you all well
