Well, i guess you banned me Jawfin?
Let me explain the situation. Someone called w0t.Rengar (?) provoced me, by telling me how bad i am and stuff like that. So i lamed him, by attacking him with a lagscript. He seems to reported me to you. I know it was wrong to use a Lagscript on your Server and in the end i really regret it. I played some days after the ban (though it was lifted, but it seemed like my IP just got changed) and did nothing bad on the Server. I learned from that ban and i still hope that i get a second chance to be still part of that community, even if i think that you won't give me a second chance, since you didn't even activated my Forum Account with the name "Daniel".

Your Daniel account was activated 1 day after you created it, being quite a few days ago - so I didn't do it quick enough for you, but perhaps you could have tried before creating a new one?

It would also seem you think it was only the once you lamed. You know quite well that you have lamed lots of times, often using lag to effect them.

The problem we have with you is your attitude. It would seem you can only have fun at the expense of others - I don't know what that says about you as a person, which I am rather grateful for on reflection. But it would seem you intended to break the rules thinking you could beat any ban. You attempted to use proxies after your ban shows that. In fact, after the ban was put in place you were picked up by the firewall at least 10 times since. It's only because we don't have mediocre security that you are asking for it to be lifted. For instance: -





"it seems like my IP just got changed" - whereas you know full well you were using ipconfig or cycling your modem to force reset it. Proof? Your IP didn't change for months, then on the day you're banned it changes 3 times, then you tried proxies, then changed your IP a few more times.

The problem is if you assume other people are stupid you are one who ends up looking so when proven wrong. You purposefully look for hacks others have written so you can use them. I just don't trust you.

Yea the activation landed on my spam, didn't saw that I take that back, sorry. I used proxies to connect, yes. And it is true that my ip range usually never changes, I can send you a proof if you want how I reconnect 100 times and my range still stays the same, since my provider in Germany (Kabel Deutschland) doesn't give a completely new range. Saying that I look for hacks other people code to use them hurts me a bit, since I make most stuff on my own (can proof that also but I guess that's not important)

Its completly fine that you don't trust me, but if you can also see that I used a Proxy you should also see that my attitude changed 100% when I could join the server because my range changed for some days. I didn't even wrote something neither I lamed neither I used a lagscript or someone complained , I changed completly because I learned from that ban, and the reason why I make an unban appeal is because I want to play here officially and make a good redemption not to be a banned undercover player . So if you need proofs about my IP change , I can show you . But I can't do more than ask you to give me a second chance that you see that I won't do any of that dumb stuff again and will act like a normal human being . And about that guy, he tricked me more or lower into that by provoking me for no reason (as you can maybe see in the logs) . I should have stranded over that , I know , but in my opinion the way he acted was also worse , provoking someone without knowing him and then running to an admin.. again, that doesn't means that I was more right .

You say I provoked you? Well, here's what I did: I went on you so you'd stop laming other players and you'd go turn your laming spree on me, which worked absolutely fine. Lies. First of all, you did provoked me with saying how bad i am because " i got killed by someone who is a noob" you never said i shouldn't lame people except when you got lamed. The only reason i even wrote that is because i didn't care for someone who first provokes and then immediately runs to an admin when he gets killed. well , you didn't even got killed but what ever..

I look for attitude; I cut an extreme amount of slack on a newbie lamer, or even a slow learner (which ironically means being smart is a drawback if combined with a bad attitude) - but, I won't tolerate people who know better spoiling the fun of others - that gets on my goat, and whoever does that finds themselves looking for another server to play on.

About your IP, I suspect I know more about it that you do! So nothing needs to be provided there.

Yup, he teached me a bit , and i never used any of it on your Server. About the IP, you said you want proofs, now you tell me you know more of it than i do, what exactly should i proof you now if you don't let me?

I can only say again, that when i had the "chance" to join back to the Server, i didn't broke any rule neither i insulted or lamed someone, instead of posting private chat logs , you should look into the log where i joined when i was banned and did nothing wrong. All i can say is i won't do that again and you won't regret it if you give me a second chance. There is nothing more i can say, if you don't trust me then there is nothing more i can give you as proof, so it's your decision now, because i don't know what i else should say now to convince you that you won't regret giving me a second chance. And about newbies, as far as i know i never lamed a newbie by purpose and would never do it, the only people i lamed were people who kinda asked for it. I know it was wrong and it won't happen again if you give me a chance since i will stay over it now.

Meh, fine by me. I have no issue with your attitude. Ban lifted.
