Hello and thanks for reading.
As Akuma is gone and Mr. Nebula is missing in action.
Toast needs a Padawan and Kitty needs a Master.
Me and toasty been close a long time so seems fitting.
Me and Toast have already talked about it.
It will help us both rank if council don't have a problem with it.

There's no problem with that Kitty, however Toast will not be able to rank up by taking you as you are now. In order to reach Guardian a Knight must train their padawan from Padawan to Knight.

So your options are:

1. Let Toast train you to Knight. He will have to agree to stay at Knight until he meets the requirements for Guardian
2. You can drop to Padawan and wait 3 weeks to take Jedi again, or
3. Pick another master, ranked Guardian+. We will waive the Knight-only Padawan ruling for this unusual circumstance. Also you will not have to wait longer to take your Adept/Knight trial.

Before I approve this, I would like to see some sort of confirmation that you've already talked about it with Nebula. According to the forums, the last he was online was Thu Nov 24, 2016 5:23 am ... four days ago. Have either of you attempted to talk this situation out or communicate with one another?

I have not seen him on the server and not seen any active posts we trained one time
and hes been inactive sense we have not talked sense that training after all this time
didn't think it would be a problem and he may be active on forums but he sheer is not
active in game as a master so what to do next don't want to be a problem

Please try contacting him first, it seems like neither of you have had positive communication. I wrote this guide to help in situations like these. If Neb is still around but not saying anything, that's on him. However, I'm not going to approve this yet. I've copied and pasted the important part from the guide below.

So I hate to ruin what was seemingly a smooth operation but I think there may be more to discuss here. Go ahead and PM Neb (or have him post here) and we can continue looking for a solution.

1. Work It Out
Under most circumstances, we aren't going to separate a master and padawan if it's an issue you can figure out amongst yourselves. The master/padawan relationship is generally something that not even the council interferes with (except in extreme circumstances). With that said, in life you are meant to have hardships - you can't simply turn away from an obligation and not expect consequences or some other negative effect. Talk to your master/padawan, understand what is going on, at the very least be a friend. If you feel there is an issue that cannot be solved by normal means of communication, contact the council. Said communication is the most important part of commitment between the two of you.

2. Master/Padawan AFK or Away For Extended Periods
As mentioned above, communication is key. Attempt to contact your master/padawan in any way you can. If you feel this person has no intention of getting back to you, has been absent for several months with no form of contact, or cannot be reached after multiple attempts - talk to the council about the situation.

Usually it is required for the requested master to reply on the forums. However there have been time where some masters have not been very active and would give a list of times that he will be on.
Here's a. List of what could be done-
1. Stay with current master
2 go back as a padawan and find a new knight to be your master
3. Find a knight or higher rank and keep rank (Someone correct me if I'm wrong)

Personally it's better to try and work it out with your current master. I shows more respect to them.

Please try to work it out with Neb before further considering other options.

Ok i sent him a link to this topic as i have no other contacts for him besides these forums,
Also we have only talked and train'ed one time before for he posted i was ready for my test.
Hes never been active as a master and i don't know what we would work out as we never talked like a master and padawan.
Toast you need to chime in here as this was kinda your idea.

I must ask: How a padawan is supposed to stay in contact with an inactive master ?:S

Shoot them a PM. If they do not respond (I usually give them a day) then you're free to drop them.

Alright, Neb will no longer be your master as of now. We can continue onward with this process. Just so everyone is clear, this is what both parties want to happen:

Toast is to take Kitty as his padawan starting at the rank of Jedi Adept. Toast will not be able to receive a promotion once Kitty has become a Knight.

I'm a little confused here. If we're auto promoting kitty to adept, which can't happen until Monday btw, then what's the point of even going to all the trouble of switching masters? Given that Nebs was last on a little over a week ago, I wouldn't say he's completely inactive and should be given more time if all we are looking for here is a promotion to adept.

I apologize, I meant Jedi. She's not being promoted to Adept, that was my mix up.
