If you get the new IP your ISP just assigned you, and plug it into this site: -
http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip-lookup
You'll see it gets identified as a proxy server - which means you inherited a poisoned IP by some [stupid] criminal operating in the same dynamic IP range as you're in.
When I saw the firewall trigger on that IP I lifted ban against it.
Nothing you did, just some thicko near you who does not know how to conceal himself, nubby script kiddy.
