As you all know. I have been a good citizen about not laming people. Although, I do come off as rude and abrasive at times I guess that will take time to wear off. I do believe some trust has been built since the last time I was banned.

But, today I was repeatedly lamed by this person named "Padawan" his tags are in pink and blue. He always lames me and has been for months and whispers me asking about my personal life. I usually ignore it and carry on. However, today I could not tolerate it any longer. I told him he will be reported and I am making this aware to all Admins on the KR server that this person constantly patronizes me when he is on the server.

I will also like to complain about the behavior of one KR member named Lurch. He actually encouraged more instigation when I complained on the /amsay feature on the server that Padawan was laming me. He literally said "how does it feel to get lamed and complain about it now?" If this is how KR members will treat me because of my past reputation.. I feel like i'm being treated unfairly. It seems as if this person enjoyed seeing me get lamed by this person and do nothing about it or report it to an admin for further review. He even said "If I don't like being lamed go to another server." I am simply shocked and confused with this persons attitude.

So, I am officially filing a complaint on [KR] Lurch, and Padawan. I hope I have made myself clear and this matter will be resolved internally. I don't want to have to go on here to complain about people but I feel like my rights and the values of what it means to be a KR member are at stake. Now, I do admit I was a bit abrasive too during this time. But, who wouldn't be if they are constantly being lamed over and over again and a certain KR member looks the other way. It makes me lose trust with the entire Guild. One rotten apple makes the whole batch look bad.

Not saying that all of you are bad. Most of you are awesome.

Yes he was getting lamed. By whom Idk I wasn't watching. He started complaining about it and I said something about HIM laming before and maybe still does. Then he got bent out of shape and said he was going to complain. Then a couple other people started in on him too. I admit I razzed him, but that's all I did. I was somewhere else on the Taspir map when this happened. BalefulIra and Skull were both on then. I invite Jawfin to check the logs and see EXACTLY what was said and if need be to post it. But it seemed to me it was like that old saying about the pot calling the kettle black as far as this goes. Nuff said.

A few things: -
First: Lurch is not an admin which means he could not see your amsay messages and he could not act even if he did witness a lame.
Second: even if he did he still cannot tell an admin to act, each admin can only act on what they witness themselves, not word-of-mouth, not even from a clan member and especially not a visitor.
Third: the correct response of the witness of a first lame is a verbal warning, this happened.
Fourth: there were no pm's from Padawan to you.
Fifth: "Padawan" aka "T, Guardian of Lava World" has not been on server since 9th of March, 2 months ago.
Sixth: you flamed and swore, thus losing any high ground you thought you had.
Seventh: you have now been banned twice for laming, you have extremely little creditability, you will just have to accept that.

The lol's are real!

While although it seems you presented an inaccurate retelling of the events based on the logs, I will say that you at least presented your case with respect - which is sometimes far from the norm here in Admin Complaints' forum.

I don't think you were being respectful here to be manipulative either, and if I'm correct here then I want to say, "Thanks "

Next time I would recommend not losing your cool, but instead seeking out a KR admin for help - simply asking in public chat for one is fine - but please know that they cannot punish what they haven't seen.

One other thing, this might be viewed as splitting hairs but I still feel like I should say it:
KR admining is not a 'job' like you said in the logs, it is a duty - one that is earned after training and testing.
KR admins are not payed to upload Law and Order, they do it out of loyalty and respect for the clan.

I understand that you were upset at the time but please, next time, try not to mix up KR admins for a service that is supplied and expected.

Of course I was pissed off at the time during this incident. Wouldn't you be if you were constantly lamed by the same person for months and being patronized all the time. I wish I saved some logs between me and Padawan. He actually started asking about things outside of JKA my personal life and what I'm up to while making fun of me for it. This person is a big bully and I want to set the record straight I will continue to let my voice be heard until this matter is resolved.

I don't want to have to deal with this kind of stuff on a server that upholds the values that KR-Falcon showed me on my banned thread. I am trying hard to be good despite me being a lamer and having a bad mouth sometimes. But, I do ask all of you to look at this objectively without any ill bias towards me. I'm rather irritated with Padawan and how he tries to make me look bad when if you checked the logs he sabered me several times.

And, JawFin you may not like me. You may even greatly dislike me and other members may as well. I frankly think that's irrelevant to upholding the tenants of KR. This is about another person coming on the server and making it a bullying environment to be in. And, I think that is unacceptable. Not only has he lamed but he's attacked me personally as well.

Of course he will deny this and he has other KR members that support him over me. At the end of the day it doesn't matter who has a good rep or bad. The truth will come out eventually. And, I wouldn't be posting this unless I really felt the need to address it.

As for Lurch, I got no qualms with you man. You may have been having a bad day who knows. I got no beef with you at all. I just want this whole padawan thing to be addressed. That's my biggest concern.

But Caturday, what about Jawfin's 4th and 5th points?
PM's show up in the server logs and Jawfin was unable to find any PM's sent from Padawan to you.
How do you figure this into your story?

You say Padawan has been messing with you for months, but according to Jawfin's 5th point that can't be right since this is the first time this player has been on the KR server since 2 months ago.

Was this player messing with you 2 months ago?
Is that when the PM's were sent to you? 2 months ago?

Or were the PM's sent during this incident yesterday?

If not, then when do you remember getting bullying PM's from a player named Padawan - we can check the logs.

Alright let me try to give a brief summary to clear things up starting from yesterday. Padawan comes into the server and the first thing he does was back flip lame me while i was typing something out from a bind. I tell him in general chat stop laming me.... and he says i'm not man.. then he kills me twice and I type in the /amsay that he's laming me. Of course he keeps denying it when you can check the logs that he has killed me when I was unarmed.

And, yes he has been pming me for the past 6 months maybe to a year. He does not come often. But, when he does i'm usually his #1 target. Check back to august 2015 or late july 2015 for more pms of him patronizing me if you can go that far. He consistently insults me in general chat as well. Even today, he was laming me and other people on the server. Of course no Admins were on and I even asked [KR] Rogue to check out the logs of today. Yes, sometimes I can be vicious too with my mouth i'll give you guys that. But, he's really been irritating me for the past year on and off. And, I just want to bring this to your attention. It's not just me he's doing this too. I saw him laming several people today as well. When I say he talks to me I'm saying both general and pms. And he has pmed me in the past.

I also notified [KR] Jack Skywalker and [KR] Thunderbird. I made a promise after I was unbanned the second time that I would never lame someone ever again. And, I want to keep that promise no matter what to [KR]-Falcon. He was the one who really was fair, kind, and nice to me when people weren't. And, I want to pay that back by not laming and trying to be good. I know I got a big mouth sometimes.. I'm working on that. But, rest assured my laming days are over. I desire to set a good example for others who try to break the rules too much. Not because they have malicious intent. Most of the time it's just plain fun and trolling... which is what I thought padawan was doing for a while. That's why I never complained. But, he keeps coming after me for about a year maybe more and that's why I am posting all of this.

screenshots of copies of logs are always your best friends in these situations buddy, because at this point it is only,your word against his, and both of you are known offenders. I'm not saying this to say you have less credibilty, but both of you are in the same position here, and from the only logs we have seen (courtesy of Jaw) it is pretty hard to say much happened. A good old condump and some screenies will always give your story the proof it needs here

I wish I saved some information for you guys. I really do. So, for next time how do I save screen shots on JKA? What img file does this forum accept? Also, I can record stuff too. I have streaming available to use but it takes up huge amount of bandwidth. Would you guys be okay with me sharing videos as well as proof?

Just open the console and type /screenshot. In fact if you were using steam you could have pressed F12. If not then use the command.

You can upload your video to youtube and share the link privately.
You can also do /condump filename.txt to save all the text in your console to a file.
BUT what I posted was the complete relevant log of the event, and you cannot dispute that, so I have no idea where you are coming from.
I strongly sense I'm going to have to repeat the points I made if you do post this.
