Hello,

I was a bit rowdy tonight; mainly language and a bit of Disrespect to Kaliko (I am sorry to him/her for that). An admin using RCON banned me after some dumb remarks exchanged between my friend and frequent dueling partner Ret Larkin and I. I lamed a lot here when I first Started playing here but I've tried to keep it to a Minimum as of late (it sucked always being amslept!). It can get kind of silly when my friends are online at the same time. I'm not surprised I was banned.. you all have been pretty patient with me. Is there a chance I can get this lifted? Community service maybe?

I was not present there for the ban, but community service is not necessary, I think. Not laming and flaming is a start though!
The rules are in place, so that players can have fun and just hang out if they want. If you don't want to go by those rules, then I don't think this server is for you!
A Council member will get back with you soon on your ban situation, whether it be lifted or stay in place is up to them. : )

The thing is, and although this may sound insulting its not my intent.

It's like this, when players come on with the intent to be disruptive... A word picture instead, a really smelly person walks into a flower shop. He cannot smell the flowers over his own putridness, he blames the flower shop for sucking. The other shoppers can no longer smell the flowers due to the malodorous intruder - instead, the fetid individual insults them for being so stupid as to visit a shop where the flowers don't smell. When rank smell is ejected the shop it falls back into its normal groove.

Its like a cooling zephyr, you really sense the whole attitude of the server change with the fresh air.

So really it is just down to the level of discomfort I am willing to compromise for those who don't enjoy repugnance.

Ban lifted.

Just try to add to life, don't take away from it.

Thanks Jawfin. I appreciate it. The server keeps auto-kicking me when I join -- any idea why? This is the first time I've tried joining since you lifted my ban.

Yea, I saw that. The server learns its own rules and adapts when it detects proxies - as it's a bit like a neural net I don't see what it detects until after the event. I lifted the ban and removed those rules which were created. You should be good now!

Skyjaw programming a neutral net. I see no problems with that.
