Hello, I was banned yesterday or the day before, (not when i was playing but i just tried to connect and was banned). I got slept the other day for laming,I was pretty trolly but I did apologize and am wondering why i am banned.

The reason is, banning is just another level of admin action. As you seem intent to lame after having gone through our normal process of explaining why its not tolerated, we just pass you up the chain. What convinced me was that you lamed a person right in front of 2 Council members who were on at the time, myself and Falcon. So I concluded that if you could not be trusted in plain sight of council admins, you certainly cannot be trusted when no admins are on. Hope that clears it up for you.

Yeah I was just in a really trolly mood with some friends that were also doing that. sorry m8. I understand, I was just trying to have fun with my friends and I didnt realize that laming was a super serious offense that resulted in a permanent ban. I dont ever JA+, im a long time competitve baser so i dont really know the severity of laming and other common ja+ rules. I really enjoy your server when it is active and would really appreciate a second chance. If not, that's fine too and I apologize for the inconvenience. Again, it was all in good fun and didn't plan on making anyone upset on purpose. Thank you.

I was there for all of this and i gotta be honest, crimelord is at least 20 percent innocent.

I know this isn't my place to say anything here and I wasn't there for the incident but I explained to Crimelord in-depth about your server rules and the punishment that goes with it after he was banned. He's a very good friend of mine and I can vouch that he's sincere in his apology. He really only plays JA+ when he's with me and the rules we follow instinctively from playing the mod for so long he isn't used to because he simply doesn't ever play on KR. Sorry for the trouble, guys.

One thing you've all missed, which is understandable, is that its not the action, but the intent behind it. Laming is blah, but a person intent on breaking the rules and purposefully causing a ruckus lies in direct contrast of why the server exists. Its there so all can have fun, and have a sense of security. If *anyone* compromises that for their own malevolent enjoyment they won't be there for long.

Assuming that point has been made and understood I'll lift the ban. View it as no more than amsleep for a day!


Edit: I felt it relevant to state this, only due to the misinformation above, but CrimeLord has been visiting the KR server since at least 2013.
