Building ja+ maps with Lugormod

Hi guys,
Do you know if here is a way to convert .lmd files to .ent ? (with of course removing before all lugormod entities)
Or if there is a way to directly save to .ent ?
Or maybe you guys know an easy way to build ja+ maps without using lugormod ?

There currently does not exist an application to extract the edited contents from a .lmd (and I doubt there will ever be one). However, you can do what is called bsp editing (or entity modding if you prefer). Below are some tutorials.
