Wow that was alot of bull.
My example of this would be:
[John makes a clan named -[RK]- Reborn Knights in JKA]
[An JKA -[KR]- Member complains that its ripped off from Knights Reborn]
[John uses same examples as this youtube video ]
It would be like telling,
-It is an rip-off and you cannot do anything about it- in the face to Mac.
I got bad ways of expressing my words. Hope you can see my point.

He did, Apple have made it clear that they feel MS stole some ideas.. Apple do advertise strongly against MS products.. (Why I do not know why they do not concentrate on marketing thier producst for what they are).
I suppose they have a point, MS have adopted some of the ideas Apple have used although its not like Apple do not do that or any company to be honest..

Apple didnt invent the mouse, the first mice were with Xerox

Well i could go into a history lesson but:
Douglas Englebart invented the mouse in the 1960s
Later (1970ish) Xerox further refined the mouse but it was so damn expensive to make.
Apple was GIVEN the basics by Xerox, and then refined it into a usable, cost-effective home system. Microsoft then STOLE the fruits of Apple's labor, setting the trend which has lasted for 24 years.
So they did "STEAL" the mouse from Apple

But MS are a software company, not a hardware company, While they do make prepherals it is de facto standards .
The Xerox designed and did use the mouse for their systems using 2 and 3 button versions.
Sun systems and many systems were using the mouse, Apple may have helped the development and exposure of it and what it is today but they certainly did not invent it or have it stolen off them.. As i say MS like many other made operating systems and such.

Does it matter? You name me a company who is 100% original and I'll rip my soul from my body via my tongue and sell myself to the devil. In the business industry, you kick someone while they're down. If taking popular ideas from your competitor to steal away their customers is what you need to get the upper-hand, so be it. I'd rather have them rip off another company and make the products I use more appealing than do nothing at all.

it doesnt make sense either. cuz MS gave mac a leg up to avoid having a monopoly and getting into law trouble. that is how apple designed and marketed the colored imac computers that look like a dome like shell thing. so after the help and support, AND MS allowing them to run xp on macbooks, they are still trying to cut down MS....makes no sense...

Quoted for posterity, it doesnt matter who came up with what first... it matter who makes the existing product the best in both price, efficiency and appeal.
Why you think we have popular brand names? Those companies didnt neccessarily invent the product... but they made it better than anyone else did.
