REBELS
REBEL TROOPERS
Drawn from many homeworlds and species, Rebel troopers were the Alliance's front-line soldiers in the war against the Empire. They defended the Alliance's leaders on countless worlds and during many operations, changing uniforms and tactics to meet each challenge.
Weapons: A assortment of some cheap or otherwise downgraded combination of weapon technology, The Rebels used whatever they could get with bravery and confidence.
Vehicles: Snowspeeder.
When stationed on Hoth, the Rebel Alliance modified T-47 airspeeders to become snowspeeders, fast flying conveyances for patrol and defense of their hidden base. It took some doing to keep the crippling cold from permanently grounding their airforce, but Rebel ingenuity overcame the relentless Hoth elements. The T-47 airspeeder is a small, wedge-shaped craft with two forward-facing laser cannons. In its rear arc is a harpoon gun fitted with a heavy-duty tow cable. The snowspeeder is a two-man vessel, with a pilot and rear-facing tailgunner.
Speeder Bike.
Commonly used throughout the galaxy, speeder bikes are single-driver craft that travel at very high speeds. They vary in make, model, and purpose; the Empire used speeder bikes for military purposes on Lothal and Endor, while civilians use speeder bikes for everyday travel. Regardless, they require skill and fast reflexes.
Republic Attack Shuttle.
Republic attack shuttles serve multiple functions during the Clone Wars. Its roomy interior lined with benches make it well suited as a troop transport, launching from cruisers to travel the interplanetary distances that Republic attack gunships cannot. As the dangers to the Republic's officials grew during the Clone Wars, the attack shuttle was increasingly pressed into service as a principal transport for Republic officers, Senators and Jedi Knights. The transport is well armed with ball-mounted swivel laser cannons that flank the ship's forward snout, as well as fixed laser cannon emplacements along the wing joints. The Rebellion found several Attack Shuttles spread all over the galaxy during their run.

EMPIRE
Stormtroopers.Republic attack shuttles serve multiple functions during the Clone Wars. Its roomy interior lined with benches make it well suited as a troop transport, launching from cruisers to travel the interplanetary distances that Republic attack gunships cannot. As the dangers to the Republic's officials grew during the Clone Wars, the attack shuttle was increasingly pressed into service as a principal transport for Republic officers, Senators and Jedi Knights. The transport is well armed with ball-mounted swivel laser cannons that flank the ship's forward snout, as well as fixed laser cannon emplacements along the wing joints.
Weapons: E-11 Blaster Rifle.
Larger, more powerful blasters, often used by Stormtroopers, clones, or bountry hunters. Other forms included sniper blaster rifles.
Blaster Pistol.
The standard ranged weapon of both military personnel and civilians in the galaxy, the blaster pistol fires cohesive bursts of light-based energy called bolts. Appearing in a variety of shapes and sizes and sometimes augmented for other functions, including acension guns that fire grappling hooks, blaster pistols deliver a wide range of damage capability. Many blaster pistols have stun settings that incapacitate a target, rather than inflicting physical damage. While blasters do deliver a searing concussive blast, they can be foiled by magnetic seals and deflector shields.
Vehicles: Sentinel-class Shuttle.
Designed by Sienar Fleet Systems, the Sentinel-class shuttle was a larger-scale troop transport used by the Empire. Much like its cousin, the Lambda-class shuttle, these vehicles featured three wings in a triangular layout: a stationary center foil and two articulated flanking wings. Imperials used the shuttle for missions that spanned the galaxy, from a search for droids on Tatooine to conflicts with the Lothal rebels.
AT-AT
The All Terrain Armored Transport, or AT-AT walker, is a four-legged transport and combat vehicle used by the Imperial ground forces. Standing over 20 meters tall with blast-impervious armor plating, these massive constructs are used as much for psychological effect as they are for tactical advantage.
AT-ST
While not as imposing as its larger AT-AT walker cousin, the AT-ST nonetheless served as a significant addition to the Imperial side of battlefields in the Galactic Civil War. The two-man craft is lightly armed with chin-mounted laser cannons, and side-mounted weapon pods. The two-legged transport, dubbed the scout walker by many, serves as a reconnaisance and patrol vehicle, often flanking approaching AT-ATs and mopping up infantry that sneaks past the larger walkers. The Imperials used AT-STs in both the Battle of Hoth and the Battle of Endor.
