TAbit Song/Uploading using FTP

ive made my first tabit song and have put it into mp3 form for anyone who wants to hear it, critique it, and expand it. (darfin, i know u will:P)
so i will email it to anyone who wants it, but as an easier alternative, is there a way i could put it up for download? ive heard i need an ftp server but i odnt know how to get one/use one or wut im gonna have to do, anyone for help?
