It needs to be taken down.
I have edited two postings in the past, but the others are still up there. This includes my writing under Stephanie. I want there to be no trace of me when it comes to web-based literature.

I shouldn't have to give any reasons, but since this request has been perilously ignored, the explanation is really very simple.

Some versions of stories I have written here are surfacing on social media. This means that someone, a guest or a member, is taking my ideas, reassembling them, and claiming to be the owner. For those of you who are unaware of basic property jurisdiction in the United States (where this website is based out of, I'm assuming), intellectual property theft is a big deal. Like, criminal law big deal.

Since Jawfin has decided to put me on his "ignore list", I'm going to leave it up to whoever assumes his position to fix this mess.
I'm trying really hard to keep my cool, but this isn't a joke. It's time to disconnect from Star Wars for five seconds to deal with very adult problems. I personally would have no problem with hiring a lawyer and doing what is necessary to ensure my security. Please don't force me to do that.

After this, I promise I'll be out of your hair.

Sorry, had to add that little pun. Let me also just say, that I find it to be such a horrible act for someone to steal another person's work. A true disgrace to the rest of the human race.

Proof please. Or maybe you've been taking other people writing and posting them here and claiming them as your own. *mind blown*

I've already taken the necessary legal steps and have had those things removed from the sites I found them on. I have copyrighted versions of the original works, which is how I was able to have them removed in the first place. If I didn't have physical proof, I wouldn't have been able to. Any other asinine questions you want to ask me, or are we done sputtering vague ad hominem? I'm glad we're on the same page.

Take them down, please. This is serious. I'm not joking around.

Edit: Oh, and I don't need to prove it. You just should, because none of the things I posted belong to you or any other KR member. I have rights to those pieces of work which are protected by law.

This explicitly states that information will not be disclosed to any third party without my consent. Whoever is plagiarizing my work is the "third party", and whether or not it was intentional, the purpose of my posting was so that KR had the inclination to remove it (the "should we see fit" part) because regardless of what you think, the writing that I've posted here is mine and has been copyrighted. I don't care if you guys keep it in a database, all I want is for it to be removed from the public eye.

I'm also not holding you responsible. The only reason I'm here is because the writing is here. Remove it and I'm gone.

I should think that you might want to actually read the terms of service before you post them in an attempt to shut down my perfectly reasonable request (which has been denied by way of silence, again and again.)

Also, this balderdash about the writing not being mine is idiosyncratic to your boundless efforts to simply make a point. Stop it. It's illogical and you're making a fool of yourself.

Your main reason for wanting them removed is because you claimed someone had been stealing them. I think you still need to show us proof of this for us to even consider your request, and I'll tell you why. You posted your stuff on our forum knowing and wanting people to read it, even going as far as creating a another account with a different username to suggest people read them as seen here. Now, after posting all your non sense you expect us to go through and delete all your stuff just because you wrote it? That would be like Jato demanding that we remove all the jokes that he has ever posted and may think are his. Of course not exactly the same, it's nonsense. I'm not going through all the effort to go through and delete all the crap that you posted on the forum of your own free will. You don't want your stuff getting stolen, don't post it on a public forum. You sure do like bashing the logic of others, how about a little more forethought before you start posting stuff next time. How's that logic for you?

Okay. I had the stuff taken down anyways, I was only hoping to prevent further issues. It seems nobody here understands that. The fact that you view my words as nonsense tells me that none of you understand.

I asked. You're right, you have every right to refuse my request. I'm not going to argue with that kind of logic. It's unbearably dense. It's steel. I just cannot seem to understand your meaning, it's.. It's just too complex. Too complex for a beginning English major who has been published in multiple fiction magazines and is writing a book to understand in any fundamental sort of diction. I've even looked at it from both a deductive and inductive point of argument analysis, it's simply flawless (even though in informal logic, there is no such thing as a perfect argument, yet what the heck, you break all the rules!). I've tried an emotional approach to these topics, but we've seen how that works, haven't we?

Alright, I'm pretty sure you can edit, delete, or whatever you can do with post, but what does that to do with a members ? If you don't want to post what you don't want to post, you should simply don't posted it long time ago. Does that sound logic ? If Someone is ignored you, it doesn't simply they are ignored you. They probably didn't see or get your message. You can always private message any of them. And we are not worry about social medias or any law-wise. We are talking about on this forum. And I don't see why Jawfin ignored you if he are on a break, he probably didn't see your message like I stated before. And We are not forcing you to get a lawyer because of them specific reasons. And it's good idea to calm down and not playing jka or posting if you have any adult situations. You can talk to a friends who can make you feel better ? Is that simple ? Or talk to a counsel. And you shouldn't posted it long time ago if you want it take down already. And Who's care about perfect English, I know we are not perfect at it and it's complication. So overall, doesn't it make you logic and common sense wisely to do that simple. And I don't see why you have to posted all of this since we don't have a problems with you.

In reflection of the outstanding attitude you have displayed here, this is KRs decision: -

The posts you have made are not copyright as they were posted BY THE AUTHOR, and not only that but you were continuously begging for feedback (even creating multiple accounts to bump your own threads). KR did not charge you when providing you with a quality focus group at our own expense.

KR policy is to not delete posts which were freely offered - you are not the first to ask and to be denied - although you are the first to threaten legal action. We may also comment here that you continued to post further stories AFTER your previous takedown request; you have no credibility.

Copyright could only be acted on (and thus the posts retracted) by a buy-out owner if you sold the rights to all your previous work, and in which case the takedown notice would COME FROM THEM, the publishers which own you.

Considering the now fractious manner any DMCA takedown notice requests must be addressed to the authorised owner of these forums, which is not me, or any current member or the council. So please ensure your lawyers address their requests to the correct parties.

You are not friendly and not a friend, and cannot be trusted to request further takedowns in the future. For instance, you could use a skin on server of which someone may screenshot and post, then you could state that it was copyright, and wish it taken down. Or perhaps the screenie could contain public or private chat of yours, or a log of chat in which you have participated. We are not saying that you would do this, but we are saying we don't trust you enough not to.

Considering the vulnerable position this now puts us in, and considering your litigious behaviour, we have decided to BAN you from ALL our servers. You cannot be trusted on any KR server, nor is your presence desired. (Personally speaking, it would comfort me the most to un-exist you, delete all your posts, and firewall you so you cannot even see the servers.)

Please understand we have taken your attitude into account when rendering this decision.
