Not to contradict you Jaw, but this does remain to be seen, there is no rule deciding that it is impossible, and while you as council have the authority to override invitation and application procedures; there has never been a case I am aware of that anyone was perma-banned from the clan. For all we know, 7 years from now, with a whole new council and a brand new Raison, KR might be willing to give him a chance. Once day you yourself might reconsider how you feel presently. However I do agree with you that in the short-term, Raison has 0 chance of being considered for re-entry.
