There is a professional "game development tool"-bundle available at BundleStars for around 7€.
If you have a good imagination and creativity; -and- would like to give your best at developing a game; get it!

http://www.bundlestars.com/all-bundles/ ... ry-bundle/

I bought it myself and I will be looking forward following a few people around learning how to use it, and give an attempt at making a short little... ghaeum.

Been looking for someone to get into Unreal Engine, Source, or Unity with me. Other than those I probably won't be too serious about anything else :\

I forgot to mention that this software is mainly a tool for terrain creation and level design; with a few features that allow you to "play as is", walking around in third person, 'psuedo-2D' or first person view.
I will be using this in junction with Unity (I will begin learning more about it after my last exam before summer break).

Could this be used to make maps for JKA?

That depends weather or not JKA even allows that high vert. count in objects (would have to split it up manually, probably), and if there are tools to convert the format from .AGF to .OBJ or any other format that is recognized by the GTK Radiant (I don't know of any other mapping tool for JKA).
