That type of music is not a theme song. Basically every theme song is something to get you fired up, get excited, not admire for it's melodic nuances. What you linked would be like a soundtrack song, at least in my opinion. Also what do you mean they aren't theatrical? They are both from movies ie they are theatrical.

Kill bill is a comedy. And lets really not debate technicalities. A theme song is what reflects the mood/charactar of a person hence theme.
