I got my avatar pic in a folder on my desktop...but its not letting me apply it D: ....or do i need one of the internet?...

The picture must be hosted online, then place the picture's link into the 'Edit Avatar' section of your profile (note: the size must be 150x150 or smaller). There are several places you can host your own pictures, from -> here <- you can find several sites to host it from.

So the answer to your question would be yes, and it must be hosted somewhere. (unless this new updated forum says otherwise!)

He he try for an animated one like mine. 150x150 will be a little tough though. Don't worry,I've seen some neat ones on Google images. You could just type 150x150 gifs.

oh dear lord. bringin back my era of pc gaming from when i was kid. i bet i can still play it and know where all the secret doors are. i still play DOOM95 and DOOMII lol

i got floppy disc Ultimate Doom...hehe and i guess ill try google

I got all of them old school games and I still mod for doom but you can find some cool wolfenstein 3d avatars. I even found a loper from rtcw using its tesla, ehh it was too big but i kind of funny.
