Saki is the first to mention Spikey and Hitsugi talks about it after like spicy smell then a talk of curry comes in and yomi tries talking english

They are the Japanese music band Nightmare of whom KR-Saki and Yomi named themselves after. Could be worse, the could of named themselves after cartoon characters!
