Resigning My Position

Guys, I've struggled with the question of whether or not I should leave the clan for a few months or so now. It saddens me, but receiving a message from the Council this morning about my inactivity has really made me think. I just don't have the time, or even really the desire to play JA for a long time. I guess I'm burned out on it. The same thing has happened to me and KOTOR in the past. It happens with any game, I guess. I need time away from it, a long time, before I can safely safe that i'll enjoy it on the level I have in the past.
I think it's best if I move onto another part of my journey. I will gladly come back on the server sometime as a friend and catch up, but for now, I just don't have the time necessary to devote to our beloved clan.
I will always value the memories of the stuff we've done on here. We've had loads of good times, and I'm glad that I had the opportunities to play with you guys and gals. You're the best extended family a guy could ever have. You can around at a time when I really needed something like this clan most. I was really struggling with whether or not people ever really liked me for who I am. All of you have shown me that it's possible to like me, and for that, I thank you.
Without you guys, I never would have started to write fanfic. Mandalorian and Alex, you guys gave me the confidence to start posting my writings elsewhere, to start improving on them, to make them better. All of that had taught me a lot of things that I still use today. I'm about to apply for a college, to get a major in English/Writing. I don't think I'd ever know how to write like I do today if it were not for all of your encouragment and kind words.
I remember when I was stressing for my Knight Trial, and the many words of encouragment about how I could do it, that I was ready for it, those helped me. When I passed the trial, words could not describe my happiness.
I'm sure none of you have forgotten me, Alex, and Manda's RPs about KOTOR that we held nearly every day. Those are some of my most cherished memories from our time. I will always remember the laughs, the feels, and the inspiration I got from them. They were a great way to pass the time.
I've seen many of our beloved family from those two summers we spent together go their seperate ways. People I'm glad to say that were my brethern in the KR clan. But now, I feel as though that too is my path.
We will meet again, and until we do, please remember that the Force will always be with you. Always.
