yeah they will have to have their DNS databases updated. whether they would, then it woudl then start to repluicate to other Internet DNS servers around the world.
then when a user types that host name in or any website rather the DNS process begins to resolve that host record to an Ip address so it can locate the server(s) (ip address).. I could literally go on for ages on that but it would be pointless, its extremeley confusing and difficult anyway.
