(random person comments who isn't in the clan) Any major updates so far?
Also, how about adding a small room w/ combat bot spawns for training and whatnot, might add a bit of lag, but, if possible, add a 30 second timer on spawning to reduce the lag...just an idea...though you're probably done

The idea isn't bad but not fully a possibility as of right now.

The map is quite large already - we're not even to a point where all the areas have been included. The fear right now is that not everyone will run it smoothly, so that's a major concern. We have some ideas in the forecast but going overboard is very easy.

There cards are never in our favor, I'm going to be writing a book about the hardships undergone for making this map. But technically we have been half done for quite a while (the main map itself at least), but we kinda ran into some shader issues which discouraged me from spending the time / headaches to fix it. However, for the most part that's been taking care of and I can continue developing the architectural aspects :D

Is not much for now, but I'm thinking of ways to expand upon it. When secret areas come about, like once we get to that stage, having others make them for us is actually pretty simple. We can import .map's into the main .map obviously, which is how we've been tackling the majority of this project.

It wasn't planned, but it's not hard to do ... the map is already massive and we're aiming to keep it as small as possible. There are already maps we have clan-nights on for flying vehicles, so I don't see the need for having a whole new map / separate area being too significant. Good question though!

Should note ... it's still possible to fly vehicles in some of the areas. Not comfortably though.
