Since March 22nd of this year there has been an empty seat in Arbiters. Today it's time to fill that seat 
This member has been with us since early 2011 and since then he has proven to us that he is one of the most loyal members we have. He has sat through some of KR's quietest server days and endured, waiting for people to get on server.
Of course, loyalty is not his only good trait! This person has been an outstanding admin and good friend to all since day one. He posses the qualities of a leader and is not afraid to help out a fellow player in need. He makes us laugh all the time, and I know personally that I'm happy and relieved when I see him connect to the server.
I can think of no one better for this promotion. Congratulations John
